On November 4, IASO Biotechnology enter into a collaboration with Shenzhen Longuide Biopharma Corporation ("Longuide"). Under this partnership, IASO will leverage Longuide's lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology to expand into the non-oncology space and further enrich its presence in advanced therapeutics.

As a widely used delivery vehicle for nucleic acid and gene therapeutics, LNP holds strong promise in advanced therapy areas such as mRNA and gene editing. Through this collaboration, IASO will integrate Longuide's accumulated expertise in LNP to drive the development of advanced therapy products in the non-oncology field, potentially offering new treatment options to more patients.

Yongke Zhang,Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Vice President, IASO Biotechnology stated: “In vivo CAR-T is the core direction of IASO's next-generation cell therapy strategy. IASO208, a CD20-targeted in vivo CAR-T product developed on our proprietary InTelliCAR™ platform, has received U.S. FDA IND clearance—making it the first lentiviral-vector-based in vivo CAR-T from China to achieve this milestone. Meanwhile, IASO has also made key progress in the development of non-oncology indications using LNP as the delivery vehicle. Longuide's solid platform and intellectual property portfolio in lipid materials and processes are highly complementary to the development of our non-viral vector pipeline. We look forward to accelerating the development of our mRNA-LNP pipeline through this collaboration and bringing more treatment options to patients worldwide.”

Longgui Zhang,Founder, Chairman, and General Manager, Longuide Biopharma stated: “IASO possesses leading capabilities in target validation, IND filing, clinical development, and global commercialization in the advanced therapeutics space, with a highly forward-looking pipeline. We are honored to bring Longuide's LNP technology to collaborate with IASO in exploring the development of more LNP-mediated advanced therapy pipelines, accelerating the path of innovative therapies to the clinic and addressing unmet patient needs.”
